At DULL Co., we aim to keep things straightforward and simple. That’s why we’re laying out some key details in these terms and conditions (“Terms”) to ensure both you and we are on the same page about how our Online Store and Products work.
Take a few moments to read these Terms before using our website(s) or app(s), and before accessing, using, or purchasing any of our Products from our Online Store. These Terms are essential and protect both you and us.

Every section in these Terms is important, but there are a few that we want to make sure you read carefully:
- By using or purchasing from our Online Store, you’re agreeing to these Terms and entering a binding agreement with us.
- Product prices and information may change, so please review Sections 5 and 6 before you buy.

- These Terms apply to all our users, no matter where you’re from.
2. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, AND WHAT THEY CONTAIN
By visiting, using, or purchasing from our Online Store, you:
- Agree to be bound by these Terms and additional linked policies;
- Confirm that you are of legal age in your country and fully able to enter this agreement;
- Understand that we may deny you access to our Online Store at any time;
- Agree that any breach of these Terms may end your right to access our Online Store and Products.
Some details are outlined in separate documents (like our Warranties and Returns policy and Privacy Policy). These documents are essential parts of your contract with us, so please read them too.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our store, products, law, or for other reasons. Minor changes take effect as soon as they’re posted, while significant changes (ones that might impact you) will be shared in advance via a notification or email.
If you continue using our store after any changes, it means you accept those changes. If you disagree with any updates, please stop using our store.
4. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND OMISSIONS
While we strive for accuracy, sometimes there might be mistakes or outdated information on our Online Store. If we find any errors, we may correct them and even cancel orders if necessary. You’ll be notified if a correction impacts your order.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO OUR ONLINE STORE AND PRODUCT PRICES
Prices for our Products may change without notice. We may also update, suspend, or remove parts of our Online Store without warning.
6. OUR PRODUCTS
When shopping our products, here’s what you need to know and agree to:
- We may limit or withdraw the sale of our products to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction as we deem necessary (and/or as required by law).
- Product quantities available may be limited, and products may be discontinued without notice at any time.
- Placing an order doesn’t automatically mean we’ll accept it - we reserve the right to decline any order, for any reason.
- All products are subject to availability, and we may limit orders, cancel parts of orders, or discontinue items without notice - even if you’ve already placed an order (if this happens, we’ll refund you for any unfulfilled part of the order).
- Products are subject to return or exchange as per our Warranties and Returns Policy, which you can view here.
- Product descriptions and prices may change in line with Section 5 above – Modifications to our Online Store and Prices.
- We strive to show product colours and images as accurately as possible, but can’t guarantee your screen’s display is spot-on.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please plan accordingly!
- Sales are limited to normal retail quantities (More about this in Section 8).
7. ACCOUNT & PAYMENT INFORMATION, ACCOUNT SECURITY
If you create an account, you agree to keep your account details secure. Sharing your login info? Not a great idea, and we’re not liable for any losses if your account details aren’t kept safe.
Every time you buy our products, you agree to provide up-to-date, accurate info for all purchases (and to update us if anything changes).
Ensure that the payment info provided is correct, and that you’re authorized to use the payment method. We may verify this to keep both you and us secure.
If inaccurate info is provided, we may not be able to fulfil your order or reach out to you. In some cases, we may have to suspend or even terminate your account (we’d be sad too!).
8. CANCELLING, REFUSING OR LIMITING ORDERS
We might refuse an order, limit quantities purchased, or cancel items in certain circumstances. These restrictions could apply to orders from the same account, credit card, or address.
If there’s a change or cancellation, we’ll aim to contact you using the details you provided when ordering. Make sure your contact details are accurate, so we can get in touch.
9. DELIVERY
We aim to deliver orders within the specified timeframes, but as we work with third-party shipping providers, there may be unforeseen delays.
If it’s been over seven (7) working days since you received a shipping confirmation after your order has been processed on our Online Store, feel free to reach out to us at info@dullco.com.au. Ideally, let us know ASAP so we can assist you best. You can view our Shipping Policy here.
10. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We believe eligible returns should be simple. For details, please check our Warranties and Returns Policy here.
11. OPTIONAL TOOLS
Our online store may feature optional third-party tools. Since we don’t monitor or control these, using them is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
If the optional tools have their own terms and conditions, make sure you’re familiar with and agree to them before using.
12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND MATERIALS
You may encounter links or materials from third parties on our site. These third-party items aren’t affiliated with DULL Co., and we’re not responsible for reviewing, endorsing, or liable for anything within them.
If you have any issues with third-party content, please direct your concerns to the relevant provider.
13. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
By providing us with submissions (such as reviews, ideas, or other materials, including those on our social media pages), you agree that we may use these freely, without restriction or obligation to keep them confidential, pay for them, or respond.
We may monitor and remove submissions that we find unlawful, offensive, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.
14. SOCIAL COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
We love engaging with our community on social media, and we strive to create a space that’s fun, meaningful, and respectful.
We welcome your input, but we ask that you keep comments friendly and respectful. We don't tolerate abusive, harassing, or off-topic comments. We may reject or remove comments that don't align with these guidelines and block accounts that repeatedly violate them.
15. OUR CONTENT (AKA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS)
All intellectual property rights in our online store and its contents (including our brand, images, page content, etc.) belong to us or are used under license.
Nothing here grants you rights to this content, which means you cannot duplicate, share, alter, or use it in any way without permission.
16. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take privacy seriously, and any personal information you share with us is managed according to our Privacy Policy, which you can check out here.
17. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES (AKA PLEASE DON’T DO THESE!)
Certain activities are strictly off-limits when using our store or engaging with us on social media (collectively, the “Platforms”). So, to keep everything above board, please don’t use our Platforms:
- For any illegal purposes (yes, this includes encouraging others to get involved in anything shady);
- To break any laws, big or small, local or international;
- To infringe on anyone’s intellectual property rights—ours or someone else’s;
- To harass, abuse, insult, defame, intimidate, or discriminate against others based on gender, orientation, religion, race, age, origin, or disability;
- To provide false info, mislead, or otherwise act fraudulently;
- To upload viruses, worms, trojan horses, or any other nasty code that could mess with the Platforms, other websites, or the Internet;
- To collect, track, or share personal info without consent (yes, this includes health details);
- To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
- To promote anything illegal or inappropriate;
- To share any obscene, violent, hate-related, or offensive content; or
- To interfere with or bypass any security features on the Platforms or related sites.
We call these no-gos “Prohibited Activities,” and if any of them pop up, we’ll follow up with the measures outlined in Section 20.

18. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
Our liability to you is limited as legally required. While we’ll compensate for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from our failure to meet our obligations, we won’t be responsible for unforeseeable loss or interruptions in service.
19. YOUR OBLIGATION TO COMPENSATE US
If you breach these Terms (including engaging in any Prohibited Activities), you agree to compensate us for any resulting costs, demands, losses, or expenses.
20. ENDING YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THESE TERMS
In cases where Terms are breached (including violating social guidelines), we reserve the right to end your account access and rights, including preventing future accounts from being opened.
21. MISCELLANEOUS (OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS)
Our failure to enforce a right doesn’t mean we’ve waived it. If any term is deemed unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may also transfer our rights and obligations, but this won’t affect your rights.
22. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the law in force in the State of Western Australia. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and all courts of appeal from them, for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
23. FORCE MAJEURE (SOMETIMES THE UNEXPECTED HAPPENS!)
Unexpected events (like extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable circumstances) may excuse us from performing under these Terms.
