Thank you for choosing DULL Co.® for your tech accessory needs! We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our shipping policy outlines the details of how we handle your orders.
Shipping Rates
We utilise a third-party courier service for all our shipping needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the value of your order and the delivery location. Below is a general guideline:
- Orders over $50 (incl. GST): Free standard shipping.

Orders beow $50 (incl. GST):
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate with product delivery within 4-8 business days (Power Banks will take up to 8 days due to road transport*).
- Express Shipping: $12.95 flat rate with product delivery within 2-8 business days (Power Banks will take up to 8 days due to road transport*).
Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to freight forwarding addresses or P.O Boxes/ Parcel Lockers.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location within Australia and the nature of products ordered*.
- Express Shipping: Usually delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on your location within Australia and the nature of products ordered*.
* Please be aware that lithium products (such as Power Banks or products with built-in battery packs) can only be sent via road freight due to being a restricted category (UN3480). Estimated shipping times are between 5-8 business days for lithium products and 2-3 business days for all non-lithium products, however during busy periods shipping can take longer.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse in one business day from time of purchase, although this can be delayed due to item availability or seasonal backlog.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9am - 5pm AEST. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes for Parcel Lockers. Please ensure you provide a valid residential or business address.
- Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at info@dullco.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
