At DULL Co.®, we keep things simple. We don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind or general wear and tear from product use, but if your product turns out to be faulty under our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, we’ve got your back. Here's what you need to do:

Bought In-Store? Head Back There!

If you grabbed your DULL Co. gear from a retail store, simply return it to the same place with proof of purchase. Yeah, we know... more errands, but think of the fresh air!

Bought Online? Let Us Help (We Promise, We’re Friendly)

If you picked up your DULL Co. gear online from this very website, here’s how to get things sorted:

  • Call us: 1300 009 613 (Mon-Fri, 9am-7pm EST)
  • Email us: warranty@dullco.com.au
  • Important! Have your proof of purchase and some pics of the damage ready to make things quick and easy.

Once we give it a once-over and say “Yep, that’s a problem,” we’ll ask you to send the faulty product to:

And don’t worry, we’ll get a shiny (okay, maybe not shiny—but working!) replacement out to you within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping rules apply.

The Not-So-Fun, but Important Stuff:

  • You must send the faulty product back to us before we can sort you out with a new one.
  • No proof of purchase = no dice. We love helping out, but we’re not magicians.

Whilst we stand by our products, things could still go wrong. If that's the case, simply follow the returns process outlined above.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

DULL Co. warrants that its products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for up to 2 years from the date of purchase. DULL Co. will repair or replace any product which is defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer (for parts or labour). The customer is responsible for any transportation and postage costs.

This warranty only applies to DULL Co. products purchased by you, and does not extend to or cover damage caused by the incorrect use or installation of the DULL Co. product, through your modification of the DULL Co. product, cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, or damage caused by accident. This warranty does not apply to any consequential loss or damages which may be incurred through your use of the DULL Co. product, including but not limited to damage of any nature caused to any products used in conjunction with the DULL Co. product.

For the avoidance of any doubt, the Warranty applies to your purchased DULL Co. product only, and not to any device to which the DULL Co. product is affixed or used in conjunction with. Whilst we stand by our products, DULL Co. will not be liable for any damages of any nature caused to any such device from accidental impact or from incorrect use of product.

All Power (Chargers, Cables & Power Banks)

2 Years

This DULL Co.® product comes with a 2 Year Warranty which is set out in the warranty card accompanying the product. The 2 Year Warranty does not cover certain things, including (but not limited to):

·       general wear and tear of your DULL Co. product’s charging cables; and

·       any damage of any nature associated with incorrect use of any DULL CO.® power product with your device

Audio

2 Years

This DULL Co. product comes with a 2 Year Warranty which is set out in the warranty card accompanying the product. The 2 Year Warranty does not cover certain things, including (but not limited to):

·       general wear and tear of your DULL Co. audio product and the included power cables; and

·       damage or defects caused by the incorrect installation of the audio product, through your modification of the audio product, cosmetic damage, damage caused by accident, or damage caused by abuse or improper use of your audio product, including using the audio product in environments where the relevant IP rating limitations are exceeded.

IPX5 Rating
The IPX5 product is protected against the effects of low-pressure water jets at a rate of 12.5 litres per minute at a pressure: 100kPa at distance of 3 metres for 15 minutes.
